Summary: Customer Service, Office Administration and support for the Green Biz Nursery, Landscaping and Maintenance Department.
Support Nursery/ Landscape Department
- Directly supports Department Manager with all administrative needs
- Billing/Statements
- Process and post any initial payments by credit card
- End of month billing
- Make calls for A/R billing and past due accounts
- Prints statements and invoices and prepares for mailing
- Enter new jobs in customer management software
- Prepares packing slips for plant orders
- Notifies customers of upcoming schedule
- Billing/Statements

Misc Admin

- Support Nursery Manager and Operations Manager in administrative duties as assigned
- Process all department POs
- Fuel Logs (CSR)
- Fleet Maintenance (CSR)
- Journal and follow up on all bids and proposals by adding notes into Real Green
- Coordinates ordering of supplies for division
