Reports to: Office Manager

Summary: Customer Service, Office Administration and support for the Green Biz Nursery, Landscaping and Maintenance Department.

Support Nursery/ Landscape Department

  • Directly supports Department Manager with all administrative needs
  • Billing/Statements
    • Process and post any initial payments by credit card
    • End of month billing
      • Make calls for A/R billing and past due accounts
    • Prints statements and invoices and prepares for mailing
  • Enter new jobs in customer management software
  • Prepares packing slips for plant orders
  • Notifies customers of upcoming schedule
  • Billing/Statements
    • Process any initial payments by credit card
    • End of month billing
      • Make calls for A/R billing and past due accounts
    • End of month statements

Misc Admin

    • Support Nursery Manager and Operations Manager in administrative duties as assigned
    • Process all department POs
    • Fuel Logs (CSR)
    • Fleet Maintenance (CSR)
    • Journal and follow up on all bids and proposals by adding notes into Real Green
    • Coordinates ordering of supplies for division
