Green Biz has been a leader in the greater Fayetteville, NC area in landscaping and plant care since it was founded in 1979. We provide high quality services to residential and commercial clients.

Description:  Foreman will perform various landscape services for commercial and residential projects. This can include demolition, plant/tree installation, patio/walkway installation, and sod installation. They will supervise a crew of 3-5 technicians.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage and supervise assigned crew members

• Clearly report problems to Supervisor

• Train crew to complete job within established time frames

• Plan and organize work for crew members on job

• Initiate and complete all required paperwork

• Interact with clients when necessary

• Enforce all safety policies and procedures

• Maintain equipment in good operating condition

• Encourage motivation and advancement of crew members within training program

Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:

• Must be detail oriented and enjoy working outdoors

• Must be capable of operating various types of small engine equipment

• Must be able to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions

• Must be willing and able to do physically demanding tasks

• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, and some weekends and Holidays

Eligible candidates will have/be able to:

• Valid Driver’s License

• A minimum of 1 year Landscaping Experience

• Pass a Background Check

• Pass a Drug Test

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
