The Job If you get bored turning wrenches on the same thing all day, this is your dream job. One morning you're diagnosing a diesel truck, by lunch you're rebuilding a carburetor on a Stihl trimmer, and by afternoon you're tearing into a zero-turn mower deck or troubleshooting hydraulics on a skid steer. We run a huge variety of equipment, and we need a mechanic who loves the challenge of keeping it all running.

This isn't a one-trick shop. Every day brings something different, and every repair keeps our crews out there doing what they do best.

What You'll Work On

• Diesel engines (trucks, heavy equipment, machinery)
• Gas trucks and pickups
• Commercial mowers (zero-turns, stand-ons, walk-behinds)
• 2-stroke equipment (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, edgers)
• Trailers, hydraulics, electrical systems, and just about anything else that rolls, cuts, or digs

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across our entire fleet
• Troubleshoot fuel systems, ignition problems, electrical gremlins, and mechanical wear
• Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and good old-fashioned know-how to get equipment back in service fast
• Work with our operations team to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Share your knowledge and keep learning new tricks as equipment evolves

What We're Looking For

• Real-world experience across diesel, gas, small engines, and 2-stroke equipment
• Strong diagnostic instincts and attention to detail
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic gear
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet
• A problem-solver who takes pride in doing the job right
• Someone who shows up, communicates well, and works as part of a team
