The GreenB iz Wholesale Nursery Customer Service Representative (CSR) is essential to the success of the Wholesale Nursery.  The ideal candidate has experience with customer service, sales, database programs, and inventory management.  Plant knowledge is a plus but is not required, as the CSR will quickly obtain plant knowledge on-the-job.  Relevant experience can include customer service, sales, small business management, and/or office administration.  The CSR must be organized and must maintain a positive, helpful, and professional demeanor around the office and with customers.

The Green Biz Wholesale Nursery CSR will be responsible for:

• Taking and fielding calls from customers.  This can include:

  • Answering questions regarding availability of plants

  • Informing customers of their balances

  • Providing plant quotes to customers

  • Taking payments

• Working with supervisor to 

  • Make sales

  • Discuss customers’ plant needs

  • Schedule deliveries/pickups

• Generating and maintaining various logs and inventories such as:

  • Potting log

  • Disposal/dumping log

  • Container availability

  • Other inventories and logs

• Other duties as assigned
