Job Title: Landscaping Coordinator/ Customer Service Represetnative

Hours: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Office Manager

Summary: Customer service, office Administration and support for the Green Biz Nursery Landscape and Maintenance Department.

 

Irrigation:

  • Schedule estimates
  • Respond to incoming service calls
  • Billing/ Post payments

 

Support Landscape Department

  • Directly supports department manager with all adminstrative needs
  • Billing/Statements
    • Process and post any initial payments by credit card
    • End of month billing
      • Make call outs for A/R billing over  due accounts
    • Prints statements and invoices and prepares for mailing
  • Enter new jobs in customer management software
  • Prepares packing slips for plant orders
  • Notifies Customers of upcoming schedule
  • Billing/Statements
    • Process any initial payments by credit card
    • End of month billing
      • Make call outs for A/R billing over  due accounts
    • End of month statements

Misc Admin

    • Support Landscape Manager and Operations manager in administrative duties as assigned.
    • Process all department POs.
    • Fuel Logs ( CSR)
    • Fleet Maintenance (CSR)
    • Journal and follow up on all bids and proposals by adding notes to Real Green
    • Coordinates ordering of supplies for division
    • Responsible for delivering outgoing mail to Dennis
